Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the client portal at clients.georgemou.gr, operated by Giorgos Moustakas. By signing in you agree to them.

The service

The portal lets you view your projects, milestones, invoices, and files, message us, and manage your account. Access is by invitation and tied to your email address.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses a magic link. Do not share your sign-in links. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

• Use the portal only for your own projects and communications with us.
• Do not attempt to access other clients' data or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload unlawful or malicious content.

Invoices and payment

Invoices are issued in accordance with Greek tax rules (AADE). Payment terms are stated on each invoice. Marking an invoice as paid in the portal is a notification to us, not confirmation of receipt; payment is confirmed once funds are received.

Content and files

Deliverables and their ownership are governed by your separate engagement agreement or proposal. Files shared through the portal remain subject to that agreement.

Availability

We aim to keep the portal available but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted access. We may update or suspend features to maintain security and quality.
